🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order arrives. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or access to the email used to order.
To start a return, email us at sales@bungalowsigns.com. Returns must be sent to:

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note:
- Return shipping is covered by the customer and refunded if the return is accepted.
- Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, contact us immediately so we can replace your order at our cost. If your sign is incorrect due to an error on your end, we will do our best to make it right however are not responsible for customer errors and you will not be entitled to a free replacement or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards (unless faulty or damaged in transit)

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.
